I'm all the way in São Paulo, Brazil, off to eat some great sushi in a few minutes, so I'll keep this short and simple....
1- It's better-looking and more elegant than big brother Milos
2- There's a very decent selection of cheeses (I counted 11 in the display)
3- The young maître d' from Bordeau LOVES his job and it shows
4- The young cook from Montreal that I met loves his job too! And yes, it shows.
5- The aged sirloin is deliciously charred on the outside, perfectly cooked, delicious.
6- The lentil salad with smoked salmon is the best I've had in a long time
7- Valet parking! Amazing! Love it.
8- They have Pata Negra, and it's a pretty damned good one
9- The crème caramel is better than most served at French joints
10 - EnRoute magazine voted it one of the 10 top new restaurants in Canada
